Shipping

Majority of our items are made to order, the on going effects of covid making a major impact our current turnaround is approximately 7/9 weeks. This allows time for the items to be manufactured in the factory in Spain, then sent to our office based in Dartford, England. 

Nubeluna turnaround is approximately 4 weeks.

We have an in stock page where you will find items available to send via DPD next day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm will be added on to the following day for collection.

Any items we have in stock would be posted on our social media. 

 

Returns

Due to items being made to order, we do not accept refunds.

If you are not happy with your purchase please get in touch and we can arrange to exchange your items or give you a credit note, this must be within 7 days having received your items.

 Personalised/Embroidered items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
